How to Order

 Online

Ordering by online is very easy and secure.  We take extra care to make sure your personal details and credit card information is processed through the secured server. We do not hold your credit card details at any point of times. Your credit card details get encrypted and send directly through the Westpac bank’s secured servers for processing.

You will receive an automated email from our customer service department as soon as you finish processing the order. You can keep track of your order by logging on to your account. We will send you another e-mail as soon as the order is packed and delivered to the carries advising the tracking number.

We accept Master Card and Visa card.

 Cheque or Money 

Process your order normally and when you get to the payment option select cheque/money order. Finish the purchase and you will receive the email from us confirming the order details and the order number. Write down the order number at the back of the cheque/Money order and mail it to;

Send us the email at customerservicce@sexpleasures.com.au  when  mail the cheque/Money order and we will expedite the delivery.

Payment By Direct Debit

Process your order normally and when you get to the payment option select Direct Deposit. Finish the purchase and you will receive the email from us confirming the order details and the order number. Transfer money to our bank account via internet or visiting any Westpac Bank branch. Our bank account details are;

Do not forget to write your name or order number in payment reference to enable us to trace the order.

Send us the email at customerservice@sexpleasures.com.au  when you deposit money to our account and we will expedite the delivery.

Credit Card Security

 We use industry standard 128 bit encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details to our highly secured server. Our computers process the credit card payments using fully secured 128 bit encryption while transmitting to bank gateways. Our packing staff do not have access to your personal details other than the information required for delivery. We do not transmit any of our customers information unencrypted. At no point of time we have access to your credit card details. Your credit card get encrypted and sent directly to the Westpac Bank servers.

Sex Pleasures is the trading name of Trishna Pty. Ltd. Your credit card statement should show purchases from Trishna Pty. Ltd. and there will be no mention of  Sex Pleasures anywhere.

Privacy Policy  

Your privacy is very important to us. We keep your personal information in our secured servers to fulfill your future orders only. We do not trade, rent or exchange our customers information to anyone. We have our own order processing, warehousing and packing facilities, unlike some of online stores. We do not use third parties to process and fulfill the orders.

As a member of Sex Pleasures We have your email address only. We use your email address to send out occasional newsletters about special promotions and new products. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time.  

Customer Information
We have your name, email address, credit card details and physical address. We use this information to fulfill your order. Your personal information is kept in a secure area of our computer systems to fulfill your future orders in most convenient. We do not store/retain your credit card details.  

When do we contact our customers?.

We contact our customers on following occasions;

-When customer does not complete the required information for order shipment.

-If we can not ship your order within 48 hours for whatever reason.

-if you elected to receive the order confirmation by e-mail.

-If you subscribed to receive newsletters via e-mails.

-if you violate terms and conditions of sexpleasures.com.au.

Delivery

 - Delivery charges are fixed $15 for any size and across Australia.

 - Delivery charges on international order is calculated at Australia Post air mail rates based on the parcel weight.

- Business to Business orders/Bulk orders delivery charges shall be advised depending upon the size/weight of the order. 

Delivery Methods

For all deliveries within Australia, customers have the option to have the order sent through Australia Post registered parcel or Australia Post Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery service, subject to terms and conditions. Any order outside the terms and conditions of the use shall be delivered via Australia Post registered service and the difference of the postage charged shall refunded

All orders outside Australia are delivered through Australia Post’s registered post by air service only

Terms & Conditions for Australia Post  Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery service

1.     Sexpleasures do not take any responsibility of goods lost in mail as they are not insured

2.     Parcel weight does not exceed 3 kilograms

3.     Parcels are delivered next day to the places within the Australia Post guaranteed  network, see Australia post website for more details

4.     Parcel Width is within the size limit of  310mm width and 405 mm length

5.     Deliveries are not signed by customer and shall be delivered to the mail box only.

Any order that does not satisfy the terms and conditions of the user shall be delivered via Australia Post registered service.

Email Notification

If you have elected to receive email notification, you will receive one email when your order is processed and another email when your order is dispatched. Your order will be shipped in plain envelope with no information about the supplier.  

 Delivery Times

Delivery times are the estimated time of delivery from day it leaves our warehouse. We process orders within 24 business hours. If your order is delayed due to any unforeseen reasons, one of our customer service staff will contact you with estimated delivery time. 

We ship our orders via Australia Post Express Service. Orders are processed and delivered to Australia post within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Australia post deliver orders within next working day to the following areas 

NSW	Sydney & Sydney Suburbs, Wollongong Area, Gosford Area, Tweed Heads, Newcastle, Tweed Heads
VIC	Melbourne and Melbourne Suburbs, Latrobe Valley, Geelong Areas
QLD	Brisbane & Brisbane Suburbs, Gold Coast, Toowomba Areas, Ipswich Areas, Sunshine Coast Areas, Bundaberg Areas, Mary borough Areas
TAS	Hobart Areas, Launceston
WA	Perth CBD
SA	Adelaide
All Other Areas	2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office, If there is no one to receive the delivery. Australia post will leave a notice allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you do not have to mention sexpleasures.com.au in order to pick-up your package. If you need to check on your order, you can email our customer service staff at customerservice@sexpleasures.com.au

Delays in Delivery

We hold stock of all the items displayed on the website. However for any reasons, if any of the items ordered are temporarily out of stock, our customer service staff will contact you within 24 hours to advise you the number of days the goods are not available or delayed in delivery.

Returns

All ours products are personal nature and we cannot replace or accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defect. Please choose products carefully. 

Products with manufacturing defect can be replaced within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply send an email to our customer service department at customerservice@sexpleasures.com.au your intention to replace the products and the nature of defect. We will send you the reply paid number to return free of cost.  Please enclose tax invoice as proof of purchase with the product. We will send you the new products within 48 hours of receipt of faulty product.
